Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Note: You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been handed over to our courier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer straightforward, flat-rate courier shipping across South Africa.

• Standard Courier Delivery: R99 (Delivered within 7 to 14 business days after processing).

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout to all orders over R1000.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier tracking information to activate.

If you haven’t received your package within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@kingdom-collective.co.za with your name and order number, and we will trace it for you immediately.

Delivery Addresses

Our courier partners require a physical address for door-to-door delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Postnet Suites. Please ensure a valid physical address is provided at checkout where someone will be available to receive the package during standard working hours.
